You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) prior to sending your system in for repairs. In most cases we are able to trouble-shoot your problems over the phone. If further repair is necessary, you can ship your system to our office, be sure to include your name and contact information in the package.

Most systems are repaired the same day they arrive, as this is a priority in the event a system needs factory service. Systems under warranty will ship out of Arizona via UPS Ground service at no charge to the customer. Rush shipping is available for additional charges.
